It happens to the best of us. Sometimes no matter how much you understand how the Law of Attraction works or how much you understand the concepts of vibration and how as Mike Dooley puts it, ‘thoughts become things,’ we all experience bouts of frustration. When you’re working toward something or dreaming of something and it doesn’t seem to be getting any closer, it can leave you feeling as if it will never happen.
At these moments, it helps to have a reminder of all of the times that you’ve manifested things in the past. A manifestation journal can make all the difference in the world.
A manifestation journal can be a journal or a notebook or even a Word document on your computer. The most important thing is that it gives you a place where you can track the things you’re intending and then mark the date when they actually manifest.
In other words, if you’re currently hoping to manifest a better job, a bigger bank account, and a new love, you would write all of those things down as things you’re currently manifesting. If something else comes up, you’d then add that to the list as well.
It doesn’t matter how big or small these things are. For example, you might want to manifest a fun trip to the beach or an exciting first date. You might want to manifest more time to spend with your children. Anything that you intend to attract into your life, you would put into this manifestation journal so you can track its progress. Beside each entry, put the date that you added it to the list.
Then, as the things begin to manifest, enter the date on which you first noticed you’d achieved your goal. You might also note dates in which you see significant progress on your goal.
You’ll start to see how fast some things manifest, and you’ll have evidence that the Law of Attraction is working in your life. Naturally there will be some areas of life in which you’re able to manifest things easier than in others. In areas of life that you feel good about, you’ll likely be a master manifester, while in areas that you have more worries and doubts about, it will likely take you more time. In those tougher areas, you’ll need to work harder to raise your vibration. You’ll need to focus on changing the thoughts you have, and convince yourself that it is possible for you to achieve that which has eluded you in the past.
(One way is to start changing your language when you describe that area of your life. For example, instead of saying, “I never get the job I really want,” you might say, “In the past I’ve never gotten jobs that I wanted, but today’s a new day.” See how that makes a difference?)
Once you have your manifestation journal, you’ll be ready for the next time you feel frustrated. When you feel like your manifestation techniques aren’t working, pull out your journal and remind yourself of just how powerful you are.
