One way to get to the root of your food behaviors is to keep a food journal — not just of what you eat, but what you’re feeling every time you have the desire to eat. You’ll begin to realize that you don’t always wait until you’re hungry to eat. That’s a first step in taking back control of your eating habits and your health.
